Luciana Paoluzzi and Maria Rota Paoluzzi were raised in Rome. Luciana Paoluzzi is the child of Manlio Paoluzzi (an Italian military officer) as well as Maria Rota Paoluzzi (a mistress to Benito Mussolini). She does not have any known siblings. Her high school was a neighborhood school. Upon graduation in 1955, she enrolled in naval engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan - Luciana was the only woman in the class. After two years of study, she started her modeling career. Brett Halsey is an actress who became her husband in the beginning. After their wedding in 1960, they recorded a film named Return to the Peyton Palace. Tony Athony was an actor and producer who was inspired by Luciana's efforts on the film Green Slime. Based on this, he produced and composed The Spaghetti Western hybrid that became popular.
